I am hired.
I am working in a big securities firm in Central as an Accounts Executive.
Nowadays, you get pretty confused when you apply for a job. When the job title is customer service executive, you may not have to face your customer but work at the back office support. Same in my case. When I applied for this job, the job title is Marketing management trainee. At first I thought it looked pretty decent so I applied.
When I was in the office for an interview, then I know I am working as a saleswoman. Close to marketing but not marketing at all but I decided to take it.
After the training session, I finally know my title is Accounts Executive which is to explore and identify new business opportunities. The most weird thing is my title in Chinese is 客戶主任, which is customer officer if I translate it directly.
